How to ZIP Multiple Salesforce Files or Attachments in Parent / Child Structure?

Few Simple Steps to Zip multiple salesforce files in Parent / Child Structure:

1. Open the FileZIPO application from App Launcher & Click on “Manage Files/Attachments” tab.

2. It will open the below screen

Above image has some features (each number has its description as below):

  1. Select single or multiple file/Attachments.
  2. Once selected, click on “Click Here to Download/Transfer” button.

3. Once this button “Click Here to Download/Transfer” is clicked, it will open a popup

  1. Choose the type of option as “Zip File(s)”
  2. Choose Folder Structure as “Multiple Folder for all files (Parent / Child Structure)”
  3. Enter Your ZIP File name.
  4. User can add multiple CC Address (separated by common)
  5. Click on “Save Files” Button to initiate the process to ZIP Files in Parent / Child Structure.

4. Once “Save Files” button is clicked, user will receive an email on “To Address” and “CC Addresses”. The email has a link to download the ZIP file. User can download the ZIP file from email.
