In Salesforce, records often contain multiple related files and attachments — such as contracts, invoices, onboarding documents, or customer reports. But when teams need to combine these into a single PDF for sharing or compliance, Salesforce doesn’t offer a native way to merge attachments directly.
As a result, users are forced to download files one by one, merge them manually outside Salesforce, and then upload the final PDF back into the system. This process is not only time-consuming, but also increases the risk of missing documents, version errors, and unnecessary manual effort.
That’s where FileZIPO makes a difference.
With FileZIPO, you can easily merge multiple Salesforce files and attachments into one consolidated PDF — directly within your Salesforce environment. Whether you’re preparing a complete customer document package or generating a single downloadable report, FileZIPO helps you streamline document workflows and eliminate repetitive manual steps.
In this guide, we’ll walk through how to merge multiple files into a single PDF in Salesforce using FileZIPO, along with key use cases and best practices.
