What is the “Download as ZIP” feature all about?

This is one of the major features of File ZIPO which enables users to download multiple files, attachments, of single or multiple records in Single GO.

Once the File ZIPO application is installed in salesforce, users can download multiple Files / Attachments in two simple ways:

• From the record detail page – Simply add the “File ZIPO Download” component as a section or action button within any Standard or Custom Object detail page and download. (Refer this blog article for details steps)
• Using FileZIPO app interface – Install the application and you are ready to download bulk files /Attachments from any standard or custom object for single or multiple records in a few clicks. (Refer this blog article for details steps)

Note:

In both the ways, users can filter the Files/Attachment by List View, Name, Date, OR user and many more filters.

The output file which is exported can be download in two ways:

1. Single Folder for all files/Attachments of multiple records (Refer this blog article for details steps)
2. Individual folder for each record with their respective files/attachments (Refer this blog article for details steps)
